I once dated someone who hadn’t checked or paid her rates&taxes in like 8 months since moving into her place 🤣🙈 I now wonder if she ever got that sorted out. Lol, property ownership can be a truly humbling experience. You also need to ensure that YOU followup on things.

Monthly property taxes are the biggest scam ever. U buy ur house to live so u can stop renting, but u ended up paying rent for your own house to the local government
