I'm so heartbroken. We had a peaceful protest demanding the release of Maxi and Zizou. 3 people have been shot by police. 1 confirmed dead. And PS Omollo has held a presser alleging Maxi na Zizou have locked themselves in the house. Hatuezi endelea hivi!💔💔 we will be back!!!

Too many players guard the ball passive. We need our players to impact and disrupt the ball - No Comfy QBs. Here’s our 3-part progression: #1. 12 Seconds of Hell A continuous 4sec–4sec–4sec rep to teach layered ball pressure: 4 sec of ball tracing: hand above the ball (not across body), pressure passers, pop back on rips. 4 sec of live dribble: small space containment, stunt and recover. 4 sec of dead ball pressure: vocal pressure “DEAD DEAD DEAD,” limit vision, force back foot passes. #2. Man in the Middle A simple drill that goes back to childhood. 2 passers, 15 ft apart. No overhead passes. Defender must slap the ball to start each on-ball rep. If they force a deflection, errant pass, or movement from the receiver → passer is in the middle on defense. #3. Fake Game 1v1 with only 1 or 0 dribbles. Forces defenders to pressure and disrupt without getting blown by. If they sag too much, they give space for an easier shot or downhill free dribble. If they pressure, they learn to force wide and force tough shots. We call it HEAT. Every defender's heat is different, but everyone needs to impact the ball in some way. No spectators or statues on the ball waiting to be attacked.

100% completion in Red Dead Redemption 2 takes somewhere between 170 to 200 hours. GTA 6 will probably have even more content packed in it by the time it comes out, which makes me wonder how long will that game take to 100% ? I'm thinking somewhere between 230-270 hours

Last night, Mingles Bar and Grill, located in Lansing, Illinois, was hosting a high school reunion when a group of men became involved in a heated argument. During the confrontation, one of the men allegedly pulled out a weapon and fired multiple shots, fatally striking another man. The unidentified victim was pronounced dead at the scene. Authorities have not said whether the men involved in the incident were part of the high school reunion. The investigation is ongoing.

Punting into the wind is hard, so let’s make it simple 👇 1)nose down. Have to control the nose of the ball so it can cut through the air and still give you good distance 2) short step. So essential, especially given that you’ll be dropping the ball lower. You have to still create time for your body to come up through. 3) lower drop table. You have to decrease the amount of time the ball is in the air. Lowering the drop table (in tandem w/ tip 2 does that). 4) hip drive. you never want to collapse underneath the ball… or you’ll actually hit it straight up. Driving your hips through creates the line drive feeling while you can keep connection w your body. Now go survive some 25mph+ gusts. OneOnOne Kicking Camps🏈
