This is not a border dispute. It is a sermon. A Hamas leader on a Gaza stage tells seven million Palestinians abroad to stop warming up. There are Jews everywhere, he says. Attack every Jew on Earth. Slaughter them. Kill them. With Allah’s help. The crowd is not a war room. It is a public. Hamas did not invent that sentence. Hamas is but one franchise of it. Islamic Jihad says the same thing with a different logo. Hezbollah wraps it in Khomeini and the language of “the Zionist entity.” The Houthis put “death to Israel, curse the Jews” on a flag and call it governance. The regime in Tehran funds the network and calls the Jewish state a tumor. Different uniforms. Same theology. For them, Jewish sovereignty is an insult to Allah, and Jewish lives outside the land are not off-limits. That is why “from the river to the sea” is not a housing policy, and why October 7 was not an accident of occupation. The target list in this clip is not a soldier at a checkpoint. It is Jews as such, wherever they are. Once the enemy is a people, not a government, there is no ceasefire that satisfies the idea. There is only a pause. Western coverage keeps shrinking this to one militia and one strip of coast because a regional ideology is harder to manage than a “peace process.” Factions are useful that way. They let you condemn Hamas on Tuesday and treat Hezbollah as Lebanese politics on Wednesday and the Houthis as a shipping problem on Thursday. The preacher does not bother with those folders. He names the Jews and asks the diaspora to start. If you want to understand the war, start with what they say when they are not fundraising in English. The map they want is not two states. It is a world with fewer Jews in it, sanctified as duty. Hamas is the local office. The ideology is the corporation.

Concerns Raised Over Managerial Conduct at Equity Bank There appears to be growing concerns among staff regarding the conduct of a senior credit officer, with allegations of unprofessional behaviour surfacing across multiple instances. Reports from employees suggest that workplace tensions have been escalating, with claims of hostility, intimidation, and, in some cases, near-physical confrontations. Despite complaints purportedly being raised through internal channels, some sources indicate that no substantive action has been taken, leading to speculation about whether internal oversight mechanisms are being effectively applied. According to accounts from individuals familiar with the situation, the officer in question has allegedly developed a reputation for dismissing grievances brought against him, reportedly claiming that complaints will not lead to any consequences. Some employees believe that his confidence in avoiding disciplinary measures stems from support within the bank’s hierarchy, though no official confirmation of such protections exists. The latest alleged incident, captured on video, appears to show him expelling credit staff from a meeting over a five-minute delay, with reports suggesting that the employees had encountered transport disruptions due to planned demonstrations along Thika Road. Despite what some describe as a reasonable explanation for their lateness, he is said to have refused to engage in any discussion, instead instructing them to leave the meeting. Following the incident, affected employees are believed to have escalated their grievances to the relevant departments, but there are claims that the matter was not meaningfully addressed. Some staff now suggest that this lack of intervention has emboldened the officer, with reports emerging that his interactions with both colleagues and customers have become increasingly strained. One particularly concerning account describes an alleged confrontation on 25 January 2025, when he is said to have berated a client seeking assistance, along with the security personnel accompanying them. Witnesses claim that when customer service supervisors attempted to intervene, the situation escalated into a heated verbal exchange, drawing attention from other clients in the branch. "Hi Nyakundi. Hide my identity. There is this Equity Bank Credit Manager stationed at Kariobangi Branch by the name James Gakundi. The guy has been so unprofessional in dealing with staff and has even gone to the extent of almost engaging fellow staff in fistfights; it's been his mode of operation even from previous branches he has worked at. The guy seems to have a godfather because all the incidents are reported, and no action has ever been taken against him, and he even boasts about it, saying even if you report him to anybody within the ranks, there is nothing that will be done. On this particular video, he is pushing the credit staff out of the meeting for being 5 minutes late without listening to the reasons behind their lateness. The subject staff stay along Thika Road, and this specific day, the Gen Zs had planned for riots; hence there were matatus on the road. The guys tried their best to get to the office, but he became unruly and pushed them out as per the video. This incident was reported to the relevant departments, but since he has people who support him, the case never got resolved. However, he now became very sarcastic and bullish to the staff, with pride that no matter where you report him, nothing will ever be done to him. This is a corporate institution, but the guy has made it look like a casual mjengo organization where he threatens and intimidates staff and even customers. On 25th January 2025, he was harassing a customer who had visited his office for an inquiry together with the security lady who had accompanied the client to show her the office; when the customer service supervisors interjected, he blew out with noise and unruliness, prompting the clients who were in the office to interject. Is this the way Equity Managers are supposed to handle both staff and clients in this era of mental health awareness? Kindly expose this to the public."

What Does Injective Becoming a SEC-Registered Transfer Agent Mean? Injective (Injective 🥷) Institutional Services, an Injective affiliate, is now registered with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission as a transfer agent. This is significant because a transfer agent handles one of the most important parts of traditional securities markets: the official record of who owns an asset. (1) It brings regulated ownership records into Injective’s ecosystem. A transfer agent maintains ownership records, processes changes in ownership, and supports distributions, voting rights and corporate actions. That means Injective is moving beyond simply providing blockchain infrastructure for tokenized assets. (2) It could bring securities recordkeeping closer to the blockchain. The SEC has said registered transfer agents can use distributed ledger technology as their official master securityholder file, subject to federal securities laws. This creates a potential path where the onchain ownership record can become part of the authoritative securities record. (3) Injective Mint handles another important piece of the puzzle. Its tokenization platform allows issuers to create assets with restrictions around holders, jurisdictions, transfers, minting and redemption. Approved wallets can also be managed through compliance controls and allowlists. (4) The registration does not make every Injective asset a security. The registration applies to Injective Institutional Services and its regulated transfer agent functions. Individual tokenized products still need their own legal structures and must comply with applicable securities regulations. (5) Injective is building on an existing tokenization track record. The network already supports tokenized funds, equities, private markets and trade finance applications. The new registration adds a regulated recordkeeping layer to that existing infrastructure. This could become increasingly important as financial institutions move from simply issuing tokenized assets toward building fully functional onchain capital markets.

“Former Cross River State Governor, Ben Ayade, claims President Bola Ahmed Tinubu directed him to withdraw from the Senate race — a request he says he has reluctantly honoured despite deep personal grievances. In a lengthy statement, Ayade said he was invited to Abuja for a “high-level national consultation” with the presidency, after which he was asked to step aside from his senatorial ambition. He said he complied with the President’s directive, though not without expressing what he described as “tears of ill-treatment and agony.” Ayade lamented that despite his contributions to the All Progressives Congress (APC), he has remained without any political appointment for over three years. He cited his financial and logistical support to the party, including donations to its national convention and provision of vehicles and motorcycles for party activities. The former governor also highlighted his role in strengthening the APC in Cross River State. He noted that he was the first APC governor in the South-South and delivered a historic electoral margin for the party during the 2023 presidential election. Ayade further alleged that individuals who previously opposed the APC and accused its members of religious bias are now benefiting from the directive against him. He claimed some of these actors were involved in acts of violence during the presidential election, though he did not provide verifiable details. Reflecting on his political journey, Ayade recalled stepping down from previous contests in 2007 and 2015 at the request of party leadership — decisions he said preceded his emergence as senator and later as a two-term governor. He expressed belief that his current situation would also align with “God’s timing.” Despite his dissatisfaction, Ayade urged his supporters to remain calm and loyal to the party. He instructed them not to purchase nomination forms for the Senate race in order to avoid going against the President’s directive. 2nd slide is one of his numerous crying videos” - Portharcourthawties/IG
