Why is it only Christians and Western people expected to show absolutely no favouritism for their own culture? Muslim countries are allowed to be Muslim. They have the Shahada on their flag. America is 70% Christian. Western law, morality, and the legal system are built on it. Putting the Ten Commandments in schools isn't forcing religion on anyone. Freedom of religion is not freedom from religion.

Muslim students took the Hindu student inside the toilet and slapped him. The Muslim students also recorded a video and uploaded that video on Facebook. A complaint is filed.

But SDGI GLOBAL UNIVERSITY has shamelessly scheduled a full-day Pharmacognosy Practical Exam from 9:15 AM to 5:00 PM on the same day! This is not a coincidence. This is deliberate disrespect and open insult to Muslim students and their faith. Are Muslim students not part of your university? Do our religious obligations mean nothing to you?

This is Rajshai university today where students sought to hold a peaceful rally. However the #Bangladesh law enforcement authorities were having none of that. At one point, armed and plain clothes police tried to disrupt the protests, arrest five students and drag them to their vehicles. But what this extraordinary video shows is how the police have lost their authority, and how the teachers and students are not now willing to put up with these arbitrary arrests and, quite fearlessly manage to grab their fellow student back from the police. ... As I have mentioned in earlier tweets, it feels like something has changed in the country, but what is not so clear is how widespread that change is.
