As a Democrat, my only option is to vote them out. They have screwed up everything including housing, homelessness, crime, electricity prices, insurance, and gas prices. Now they can't even use a little common sense and fairness to protect women in women's sports.

When will this transparency happen? I will meet you anytime on any day for 15 minutes. When can this happen? Or was your promise another political charade?"

Speaker Robert Rivas has not spoken to the Capitol Press Corps in nearly 3 months. He refused to talk to reporters after he voted no on #AB89, the transgender athlete bill. His communications director told me they want us to use the remarks Rivas made during the hearing. I told him we had follow up questions and he said to email him the questions. When several of us tried to ask questions anyway, the Speaker got on his phone and stormed into his office.
