Unreal! As a lesbian, not that the school would've known, but I would've loved had the school told my mother. Bc when I finally did tell her she reacted in the greatest possible way. And now it's 2024!! Most parents would be bummed if their kids are gay, but won't reject the child. This insanity needs to stop. Most people don't think this is right.

The Tennessee House just passed a bill that allows teachers and staff to carry a gun to protect the students. Staff who want to carry must go through 40 hours of gun training and have a psychological evaluation. Left wing activists including Rep. Justin Jones staged a "die in" and were screaming like lunatics after the bill passed. The bill now heads to Governor Bill Lee’s desk to be signed into law. Credit to FoxNashville for the video.

I warned Newsom that requiring schools to keep secrets from parents about the name and gender used by their child was a clear violation of federal law. He signed the bill anyway. Sure enough, it was just blocked by the Supreme Court. Parents' rights are finally being restored.

On Monday, Director Kerner and Colonel Howze went to the legislature to express their concerns about the legislature's immigration bill. They asked for changes, including removing provisions that limited communication and coordination between state and local law enforcement agencies and federal partners, but this did not occur. This type of language in the bill creates vulnerabilities that could compromise officer safety and that will ultimately hinder the mission of illegal immigration enforcement. The legislature's bill does not consider critical operational needs that support law enforcement. Andy Beshear wants to be your next president, and if he ever gets the chance, he'll stomp all over Christian values and tell you it makes him a better Christian to do it. He also vetoed multiple bills regarding gender-affirming care and LGBTQ+ rights during his administration including: Senate Bill 83 (2002) - A bill that banned transgender girls and women from participating in school sports matching their gender identity. This veto was also overridden. Senate Bill 150 (2023)- A bill banning gender-affirming medical care for minors, including puberty blockers and hormone therapy. The bill allowed teachers to refuse to use a student's preferred pronouns, restricted bathroom use based on birth sex, and required parental notification for school lessons on sexuality. House Bill 495 (2025) - A bill to prohibit Kentucky Medicaid funds from paying for gender-affirming care (hormones or surgery) for transgender adults.
