CAL Fire tells KATU News the safety checks are related to mechanical operations such as brakes. After passing the inspections, the teams arrived in Los Angeles and are on the fire lines now.”

Just for clarification. This was already fact checked on another post and this is false. Oregon said they sent 75 trucks with no issues. They are currently fighting fire in LA and have been since they arrived. Sorry, I don’t remember the post I saw the community check on but it was a note from Oregons Fire Division.
