I tried my best, I hope you can find some value out of it. Instead of using Stripe, you can also use the Airwallex payment for the billing, and everything else I think is pretty straightforward.

Fair if hosted fits your workflow. I stayed on Hermes mainly for control over roles and permissions. Hosted is easier. Control is the tradeoff for me.

Bot two only gets the ticket text, not the repro bot one actually ran. So it patches whatever looks plausible and closes green. My guess is the repro doesn't survive that handoff in yours either.

Before switching stacks I run one tiny 2-turn tool task through every route I have. Last bench: 62 routes, 54 pass, 4-53 s. The 8 that failed looked like "the model is slow" until measured. Curious what your bench says for grok bot.
