The refs need to be looked at individually. The Eagles Rams game was blatantly fixed with calls at the right time and misses at perfect times. Then this one called no problem? There is no way the missed calls were not intentional.

And in fact, it wasn't a false start.. This doesn't have the highest frame-rate, but the snap starts to move back right here, and none of the Bucs linemen are across the line. They just moved EXACTLY when the snap moved, and the guys closest to the snap see it first and react.
