@Ford yall definitely need to investigate @NewSouthFordMS and their service department!!! I took my Ford Explorer for small warranty work and their advisor told me that they would be able to get it when I called on 7/1/24 and on 7/2/24 I took it and they never touched it

Pixelborn Connect (PBC) is now available, and the first game to receive support is Disney Lorcana. PBC is not a simulator but a way to experience ranked webcam games. The first ranked season will start in July. Until then, you can enjoy some lab games. I would greatly appreciate any bug reports so we can have a smoother start to the season. More TCGs will be added in July. The mixed reality option will not be available for Disney #Lorcana and will not be considered for it. You can still vote in the Pixelborn discord for the game to first receive this fancy treatment. You can find PBC in the usual place. Important! Pixelborn has no affiliation, approval, or relationship with neither Disney nor Ravensburger.

Fast forward to today, and the owners reached back out to us. It's a private sale, and the work the house needs is now more than reflected in the price. The owners are hoping to find someone who will preserve the original home instead of seeing it torn down as developers have shown interesting in multiple properties on this road.
