He finally admits it. Uncontrolled mass immigration led to Canada's housing crisis. They tried to deny it and it resulted in horrible policies such as blanket upzoning. Mark Carney: "The overall level (of immigration) still putting pressure on housing so we still need a few more years of restraint." Cut immigration more and let the housing prices fall with demand more. Why the developers bailout then?
