Frustrating one here. Like the instinct to step up and through in general, but just settle down for a tick longer in this operable pocket and get the ball to the check down on 2nd & 8.

1. Ward throws like Bellinger is going to keep working to the boundary, but he starts to sit down. Miscommunication. 2. Was confused by this in real time: why is he not ripping it to Ayomanor here?

Example of Brian "trust what I give you will be there" Daboll and Cam Ward making a decisive, accurate pass with anticipation. Stacking small stuff like this in the same game/drive is what Cam has to do more consistently.

Ball placement no bueno

Why does a Cam have to be perfect on every play for this team to play even decently? Obviously ball could’ve been in a better spot but that’s a very catchable pass

This team is going to struggle big time until Cam can start hitting what have to be considered "automatic" throws by NFL standards. Too often not meeting that standard.

Wide open lane, just late in anticipating where 5 is…that’s inexcusable.

I'm sure it's for clicks (shocker) but why start with one of his few negative throws, that, in theory, should have been caught?

That was a wide open touch down and he threw it like he was zipping it into a tight space.

The wonky foot placement and sidearm delivery is so unnecessary on that throw, and it leads to inaccuracy. Good news is that should be fixable. Bad news is he’s in his second year and doesn’t seem interested in fixing it.
