While everyone else was walking by, this man was creating something beautiful. 🇺🇸 Using nothing but his feet, he carefully drew the American flag in the sand—a reminder that patriotism doesn't always come with a microphone or a camera. Sometimes, it shows up in simple acts of love for our country. On America's 250th birthday weekend, this was one of the coolest tributes I've seen. God bless this man, and God bless America. ❤️🤍💙🇺🇸 Would you stop and thank him if you saw him creating this on the beach?

Paying homage to those who have given their lives and limbs for our freedom is something we should do every day but, especially Memorial weekend. One of those very patriots who made the ultimate sacrifice was Navy Lieutenant Michael Murphy, who was killed in action in Afghanistan 19 years ago. Lt Murphy's favorite workout was: a 1 mile run, 100 pull-ups, 200 pushups, 300 air squats and another 1 mile run. As a tribute to all of those brave, selfless men and women, we honor them by doing our own "Murph". God bless our troops and thank you for your service. 🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸 (and, thank you for capturing my last set of pushups for this video @dwiggleflex 🥴😂)

On asking if he eventually found help, a second message came in that the Kenyan had died. What happened in between? How old is the video ? What steps could have been put in place to help him ? This is so unfortunate, may he rest in peace .
