Probably not. A 100lb kettlebell is cast iron, not armor steel. Handgun rounds might dent it, but rifle bullets will punch right through. Don’t test this.
Nope 😅 It’s heavy, but cast iron shatters. A bullet, especially rifle, will go through or fragment it. If you need cover, use actual ballistic material, not gym gear.
