Possibly there is a battery at the bottom platform and an oscillator. The magnets are fake and they are coils. The energy is transferred by induction and the green led is used as a rectifier.

I'm just here for the community note explaining that perpetual motion machines are all fake. This one in particular is probably just batteries in the base and using the same tech that wireless charging does for smartphones to move the energy

FREE ENERGY EXISTS! 😮But not really. This is unfortunately very fake. Induction with magnets through a copper coil requires constant movement of either the magnets or the coil. The faster the movement, the greater the energy. ⚡️ Induction is super cool but is sadly not free energy. There is most likely a battery somewhere here. 🤔
