On pull back stop at 90 degrees, make sure you pull to belly button, but it looks good 👍

Good stretch, make sure you’re pulling wit ur back more than u are with your arms then when you start fatiguing ur back then use more of ur forearma/biceps to pull, good tempo and timing on negative this is pretty good lat rows

@JELLYTON_ what cues can I use to make sure I pull with my back not my arms?

Try and keep your back more stable and pull exclusively with your lats, when I stopped moving my torso as much doing rows/lat pulldowns I noticed a huge change

Keep your torso in place and pull back with the arms to work the back more. Almost arching your back.

much more stretch on the muscle fibres if you allow for some torso movement, no?

It's hard to do, but try to keep your back straight at a 90 degree angle. From this angle, looks like you're going a little too far back.

how come perfect 90 is better than going further eg to 100 or 110deg? what's the benefit i'd be gaining, is it about which back muscles get loaded?
