If they got burned by the short cords at v3 they may not have realized v4 has longer cords. Also, some people really hate backing up into spaces when the port is in the rear so they went to the easier spot. It's not a big problem unless comes with a trailer.

It’s called princess parking. I charge with a trailer a lot and about every 4th stop, the trailer spot or at least one (if they have more than one) is blocked by people who can’t be bothered to back in. Sometimes you get serious attitude when you ask about moving

Looking at your video those V4s are pretty far back from the curb. I known with the Lightning I need to just about kiss the cabinets to get them to reach if I’m doing one stall. With the low front air dams on the Mach-e and e-Tron those cables might not have reached.

Did you drive there with a trailer and couldn’t find a spot or are you just saying that they are not respecting the paint on the ground. You need to provide more context.
