Looks like the seeds started sprouting inside the tomato. Never seen that before and I’ve been growing tomatoes for years.

I said the same thing

It went to seed. Was sitting in a warm place, and the seeds started germinating.

Why it didn’t mold?

Old tomato. Warm environment.

Does this happens to all tomatoes?

I actually had the same thing happen to me, only ever saw this ONE tomato do it about a year ago
