Be Prepared For Something To Happen. They Don’t Want You To Have Body Armor Bill- H.R. 3247 introduced “Framework to restrict the purchase, ownership, or possession of enhanced body armor by civilians. It appears they don't want us to have body armor” “Let's dive into this a little bit more. — The term enhanced body armor means body armor including a helmet or shield with a ballistic resistance that meets or exceeds the ballistic performance standard of a type 3 armor as determined using the NIJ standard. So, level 3, level 3 plus, level 4, so on and so forth, that would be considered, enhanced body armor. I don't know if that means level 3 a is okay, but I don't think any of that matters. The fact that they're trying to do this, they're trying to prevent civilians from owning body armor doesn't sit well with me. So if I were you and I didn't have any body armor, I'd probably just get some. It's not gonna hurt to have it. At least once you have it, they're probably not gonna be able to take it away.”

Like in the first part, the audience didn’t know how close we actually were, or that we had someone we loved, or how much we loved that person, things like that. But in Part 2, everyone might get to see a version where Khun Mok’s persona has been lowered. Moth: His persona is also very high, maybe even higher than Khun Mok’s (he has a mask for the outside world). But he’s someone who doesn’t really understand himself, and he’s someone who rejects his own shadow. With Khun Mok, he accepts it. He already knows what his own shadow is like. Quick test of the new damage model (and reason why I needed combat text for debugging). There is quite a lot to unpack, if you won't read this, I won't blame you. Armor penetration is now a thing, and AP/APHE projectiles can exist. A new module system is in place, module shapes and their hitzones are decoupled from hull parts. Hullparts (including parts in armor layers) can have a variable armor rating. Shooting at complex vehicles with APxx ammunition can now yield various results. Ranging from surface hits (white) to module/critical hits (red), Internal hits (penetrating through the hull layer but missing a module) are displayed in yellow. Piercing damage itself is cyan. Modules can now be destroyed, disabling or losing ability modules, defensive fields, or damaging propulsion systems can now happen. Destruction of some modules can also result in quite volatile reactions (we will take a look at that next time). Hence, understanding the layout of your target, its armor layers, and module positions can be greatly beneficial. Energy projectiles can mirror this behavior. The difference is that piercing damage from ballistic projectiles is always kinetic, while for energy projectiles, it's a percentage of their energy pattern. There is a bug in color of ricochet damage numbers, I am aware of it. #Precursor #pixelart #gamedev #indiegame
