Can you do this? It's called The Old Man Test & it challenges balance, proprioception, lower body strength & neuromuscular coordination. A 2022 study found that adults aged 51-75 who couldn't hold a 10 sec 1 legged stance had an 84% higher risk of dying within the next decade!😱

This Zimbabwean member of parliament whose parliamentary submission has gone viral is making a valid point based on peer-reviewed research. She is essentially saying that men who have regular sex are also reducing their risk of prostate cancer. Medical studies suggest a link between frequent ejaculation and a reduced risk of prostate cancer. However, the exact number of times a man should ejaculate per month to maintain optimal prostate health has not been definitively established. A study published in the Journal of the American Medical Association (JAMA) found that men who reported ejaculating at least 21 times a month had a lower risk of developing prostate cancer compared to those who ejaculated less frequently. The study, which followed over 31,000 men for several years, suggested a correlation between frequent ejaculation and a lower risk of prostate cancer. A study conducted by Australian researchers and published in the journal British Journal of Urology (BJU) in 2003 found that men who ejaculated more than five times per week in their 20s had a reduced risk of prostate cancer compared to those who ejaculated less frequently. A 2008 study in the British Journal of Urology International examined over 30,000 men and found that those who reported higher ejaculation frequency showed a lower risk of prostate cancer. A 2016 study published in the journal European Urology investigated the association between ejaculation frequency and the risk of prostate cancer. The study found that men with a higher ejaculation frequency had a lower risk of developing prostate cancer, particularly in their 40s. Men over 40 should have regular medical check-ups and discuss any concerns about their prostate health with healthcare providers such as nurses and doctors. While this data is available for us to engage with, we cannot return to the old tradition she mentions in her presentation of passing on young women from the wife’s family to older men. The JAMA study's findings do not justify the revival of the outdated and exploitative traditional practice of passing young women from the wife's family to older men. Read more here; More👇🏿

"Science Shows, If You Had The Natural Childhood Infections Of Measles, Mumps & Chickenpox...Your Body Was Actually Being Primed To Protect You From Cancer & Heart Disease." Del Bigtree Vaccination Not Only Adds Toxins To Our Body But It Also Stops Our Body From Being Protected. Cancer: Vaccinated individuals have a 67% increase risk in Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma & a 333% increase risk in Hodgkin's Lymphoma. A 2006 study in Italy published in Leukemia Research concluded that most wild natural childhood infections such as measles & chickenpox protect against Hodgkin's Lymphoma & Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma. Females who had measles & mumps as a child have a 50% reduced risk of Ovarian Cancer. Having these natural infections as children saves hundreds of thousands of lives as adults. A 2009 study showed that the actual measles virus produces anti-cancer properties & has the ability to directly destroy tumor cells. Heart Disease: Heart disease risk can be decreased by 10% minimum if you had measles & mumps as a child. 650,000 die each year from heart disease & 65,000 could be saved by letting a child go through natural childhood illness. A 2015 study published in Atherosclerosis studied 103,836 people who were not vaccinated against measles. Those who had measles & mumps infections as children were found to have a lower risk of mortality from cardiovascular disease compared to those who had been vaccinated. The researchers reported that childhood infections such as measles strengthens the immune system by boosting the production of regulatory T cells that control inflammation within artery walls, thus reducing risk for heart disease. Asthma & Eczema: Natural measles infection as a child also reduces the risk of developing future diagnosis of Asthma & Eczema. In a 2003 study published in the Lancet, 395 children ages 6 or younger were studied between 1978-1980 & followed for 14 years. The children who had natural measles infection had 50% lower prevalence of Asthma & Eczema compared to those who were vaccinated. 👇Measles Vaccine Increases Lymphoma👇 👇Measles Virus Inhibits Cancer👇 👇Measles/Mumps Protects Against Heart Disease👇 👇Measles Prevents Future Asthma & Eczema👇 Speaker: Del Bigtree The HighWire

*Current ACIP member* Dr. Kirk Milhoan highlights the fact the Covid jabs are gene therapies: "[The Covid jab is] not really truly a vaccine. It's a different type of gene therapy is really what it is... [that has] the body... make a protein that's cardiotoxic." This clip of Milhoan (Kirk Milhoan), a pediatric cardiologist and former U.S. Air Force flight surgeon, is taken from a discussion with Liz Gunn (Liz Gunn) and Andrew Bridgen (Andrew Bridgen) posted to the FreeNZ (FreeNZ) Rumble channel on November 22, 2025. ----------------Partial transcription of clip--------------- "So we had what was called, multiple inflammatory, multi-organ inflammatory problems. And so that's because it infected in vessels, how it got into the tissues as it got through the vessels. And so we did see some of that heart inflammation. But there was a beautiful study that looked at Covid versus the vaccine. It was done in the Nordic countries, who have great, medical records. And they showed that the lowest risk of myocarditis, the absolute lowest risk was unvaccinated. "And then the more vaccines you got, the higher risk you had of myocarditis. So yeah, it's this, the language they use that, 'Oh yeah, but it's— Oh yeah, but it's worse' or anything like that, that's a deflector. It's very clear that this is a vaccine like no other. "[And] it's not really truly a vaccine. It's a different type of gene therapy is really what it is. But they've asked the body to make a protein that's cardiotoxic, and that's very clear. And they also did it without ever seeing if the body could get rid of it, which we're not sure it can."
