Let's see how? When you blow big breath near the opening bag,you create a region of low air pressure. Bcuz faster moving air molecules have less pressure than slower moving air molecules. surrounding air, which is at a higher pressure, rushes in to fill the low-pressure region. This creates a suction effect that pulls air into the bag. But If you blow with your mouth right on the opening of bag, the only air that goes into the bag is the air from your lungs. This is whye there is no low-pressure region to draw in air from the atmosphere. As a result, it takes more breaths to fill bag this way.
