Can you rate this landing?✈️

Going into Bhutan, only Captains can land at that airport. The PIC was told about a min before this video pics up to start making a turn to get lined up and he hesitated. If that plane doesn’t have major damage I will be surprised. I’ve seen other lands not as bad as this and the plane got written off. Every alarm that could go off, went off.
