@EvanHD Clueless (GB)

10,350 foreign criminals in UK prisons. UK Borders Act 2007 Under Section 32 of the UK Borders Act 2007, the Secretary of State is required to issue a deportation order for any foreign national who: •Is not a British or Irish citizen •Has been convicted in the UK of an offence •Has been sentenced to at least 12 months of imprisonment This is often referred to as “automatic deportation.” However, there are exceptions outlined in Section 33 of the Act, which include circumstances where deportation would breach the individual’s rights under the European Convention on Human Rights or the UK’s obligations under the Refugee Convention

@EvanHD Decriminalised drugs and make it a health issue.

@EvanHD It's really not that difficult. Release the IPPs, deport foreign criminals, and stop jailing men on 'he said/she said' charges. And there are thousands of them. It's the last one that's the real problem. All completely unproved.

@EvanHD You will NEVER stop reoffending unless there is proper education in prisons, reform programmes for drink & drugs, and making sure the prisoners have a home to go to when released. A warm bed, three meals a day.

@EvanHD NoTimpson talking crap . Domestic abuse is dreadful . He talks about electronic tagging but we know that doesn’t always work . The Courts aren’t doing a good job . The ECHR is too involved on human rights and many get let out. His prison officers don’t agree with him. Misinformed
