Introducing Ondo Intelligent Portfolios, the first three portfolios powered by BlackRock. Ondo Intelligent Portfolios introduces a new onchain product category: curated investment portfolios delivered as single onchain transferable tokens. The first three portfolios are based on portfolio strategies developed by BlackRock for Ondo, marking the first time eligible onchain investors can access exposure to such strategies through a single token. 1. BLKHIon: Ondo High Income Powered by BlackRock 2. BLKDIGon: Ondo Diversified Growth Powered by BlackRock 3. BLKGRWon: Ondo High Growth Powered by BlackRock Diversified, professionally constructed strategies have historically required brokerage accounts and traditional fund structures. Now, delivered as peer-to-peer transferable tokens from Ondo, these onchain portfolios become accessible to eligible non-US investors in permitted jurisdictions through the wallets, exchanges, and DeFi applications they already use. “Tokenization creates new ways for portfolio strategies to be delivered through digital infrastructure. Diversified portfolio strategies can be incorporated into tokenized investment products, enabling eligible investors to access diversified allocations through a single instrument. It shows how established portfolio construction approaches can be delivered through new channels and technologies.” - Lisa O’Connor, Global Head of the Model Portfolio Solutions team and Co-CIO for Global Solutions within the Multi-Asset Strategies group at BlackRock Ondo Intelligent Portfolios can unlock novel capabilities: → Programmatic rebalancing → Full composability with DeFi → Complete transparency onchain → Multiple asset classes in a single token This is just the start for Ondo Intelligent Portfolios. The infrastructure is now in place for leading financial institutions to bring their asset allocation expertise onchain.

Vanguard founder Jack Bogle explains his nuanced view on index funds vs. ETFs: Jack Bogle, the man who created the index fund, clarifies that his concerns aren't with broad index investing itself. His issue is with how ETFs tempt investors to behave badly and how the industry has weaponized the ETF structure for gimmicks. He starts by noting just how dominant index funds have become: “The dominance of index funds, which accounts for 28% of the market, is partly due to ETFs representing more than half of that share." But here's where he draws the line: “I have nothing against broad ETFs per se, but rather the narrow, managed ones and the way people misuse the broad versions." On broad ETFs vs. traditional index funds: they're the same thing Bogle makes clear that structurally, there's no meaningful difference between a Vanguard S&P 500 ETF and what he calls a "TIFF" (Traditional Index Fund), a term he coined to distinguish them: "They both own exactly the same portfolio and are part of the same portfolio, meaning their returns will be identical. Both types cost around five or six basis points at the Admiral class level." He explains Vanguard's pricing: Below roughly $10,000 invested, you'll pay 10 to 12 basis points, but once you cross the Admiral threshold, "the funds are identical." So what's the real problem with ETFs? Behavior. The ability to trade intraday creates temptation: "My slight bias against ETFs stems from the temptation to trade in the middle of the day when trouble arises." He points out how pointless this reactive trading is: "Getting out in the middle of the day is often a reaction to market volatility, such as the market dropping 300 points and then recovering in the second half of the day. This 'bouncing around' is meaningless in the long run." What he actually endorses: Bogle is clear that broad market index funds, whether structured as ETFs or traditional funds, all serve investors well: "Broad market index funds, including the S&P 500, total bond market, total US stock market, international, and even emerging market funds, are all acceptable 'total market funds'." Where the industry lost the plot: His sharpest criticism is reserved for what the ETF industry has become: "The industry has become a marketing business focused on 'crazy' or 'stupid' ideas that no one else has thought of." He offers specific examples: An emerging cancer ETF" he once criticized in the Wall Street Journal, today's "cloud computing" ETFs, and leveraged products offering 100%, 200%, or even 300% exposure, letting investors bet on the market going up or down by three times. His verdict on these: "The sense behind these types of investments is beyond my comprehension."

Today I sit down with two of my best friends, Moses Kagan and Rhett Bennett to reflect on how ReSeed has evolved since their first appearance (ep. 278) on the show three years ago. ReSeed is on a mission to back the next generation of elite real estate operators. We unpacked what has actually happened since launch, how their original vision has held up in practice, and what they have learned by deploying real capital across multiple markets and operators. We also dug into how they think about underwriting, operator selection, asset management intensity, and navigating a shifting multifamily landscape. It was a candid look at what it really takes to build a disciplined, long term real estate platform in today’s market. We discuss: • How ReSeed’s original thesis has played out after deploying over $100M across multiple operators • What they look for in emerging operators and how the cohort selection process has evolved • Why discipline and patience mattered during a slow deal environment and when opportunities finally opened up • How they approach underwriting, leverage, and long-duration capital in different markets • The realities of asset management, property management, and execution risk at smaller deal sizes This episode is for investors, operators, and anyone interested in building durable real estate businesses with long term alignment and disciplined capital deployment 4:01 - ReSeed's journey and evolution 17:14 - Profile and selection of operators 25:10 - Partnership and capital structure 37:39 - Due diligence and deal approval process 40:51 - Cohort integration and support 42:55 - Real estate market overview 43:22 - Market opportunities and challenges 50:41 - Market fatigue and seller dynamics 51:20 - Operational challenges and opportunities 1:01:50 - Property management and asset management 1:11:36 - Construction management and budgeting 1:15:06 - Capital allocation 1:23:34 - Closing remarks

"This really does feel like a silent IPO." James Seyffart (James Seyffart) is the ETF analyst at Bloomberg Intelligence. Spent his career inside the machine that tracks every dollar flowing through US ETFs. Predicted the spot Bitcoin ETF approval timing months before Wall Street consensus. Now tracking what advisors are actually doing, not what they're saying. "Q1 2026 was the most successful quarter Bitwise ever had. Selling Bitcoin ETFs to wealth advisors. Despite the price not doing well at all." We cover: — Why advisors loaded up on Bitcoin while retail was selling — The "silent IPO" frame: ETFs in, MicroStrategy in, retail out, and what happens when that flips — Why the Iran weekend was the real Bitcoin turning point nobody talked about — The Facebook moment thesis: why ETF growth keeps compounding even as crypto-native traders lose interest — Six years ago people asked if Bitcoin would be banned, what changed in DC — Why gold ETFs went from $130B to $300B+ and what that means for the next BTC leg — The basket ETF and prediction market ETF wave coming through SEC pipeline right now — Why James can't be more bullish than he is on ETF structure and the inflow numbers backing it up — Which wealth advisors are now writing Bitcoin into 60/40 portfolios as a structural allocation — The Clarity Act window and why his colleague has never put odds below 60% Thanks to James for joining us again on New Era Finance Podcast. Highlights: 00:00 - Intro 02:13 - The Iran Moment Shock 02:33 - Bitwise's Best Quarter Ever 03:34 - Crypto's Inverse Adoption Curve 12:08 - Tokenization & The Stablecoin Cliff 20:00 - Gold ETFs vs Bitcoin ETFs 21:00 - Six Years Ago vs Now 24:48 - The Gold Bull Run Explained 30:15 - Basket ETFs Coming 32:50 - Clarity Act Odds 33:40 - Why ETF Inflows Hit New ATHs 36:08 - The Silent IPO Frame

Retail investors should not be last in line. $XOVR was built for a simple reason: to help retail shareholders access opportunities and frameworks that have historically been reserved for institutions, insiders and the wealthiest investors. That same purpose is behind every innovation we have introduced. The private-public crossover ETF structure, the 0/0 SPV structure, the liquidity arrangement, and the Shareholder Protection Plan were not separate ideas. They were all built around the same principle: Long-term retail shareholders come first! In my FOX interview from June 12, 2026, I discussed XOVR’s three-step Shareholder Protection Plan around the SpaceX IPO event. The Plan was designed to help protect existing long-term shareholders by: • Updating the valuation of XOVR’s SpaceX exposure under the Fund’s Board-reviewed valuation framework • Limiting certain large, short-term event-driven creations ahead of the IPO • Applying exit economics intended to help protect existing shareholders XOVR was built for shareholders who believe retail investors deserve a stronger seat at the table. Every major step we have taken has been guided by that same commitment. Long-term retail shareholders come first! That is why XOVR was built, and that is the principle that will continue to guide it. For more information, please visit: Information as of June 12, 2026. For informational purposes only. Holdings and exposures are subject to change. Past performance does not guarantee future results. 🌐 2026 Digital Asset Outlook | Dawn of the Institutional Era In our latest Genfinity interview with Grayscale Head of Product and Research Rayhaneh Sharif-Askary, the discussion focused on how digital assets are entering a structurally different phase of adoption. A core theme was the weakening relevance of the four-year cycle narrative. Historically, crypto drawdowns were driven by macro shocks, not an internal clock. China’s banking restrictions in 2014. Global tightening and regulatory pressure in 2018. Liquidity reversal, inflation, and systemic deleveraging in 2022. Crypto traded like other risk assets because it is a risk asset. What has changed is the market foundation. ETF access has opened the advisory and wealth management channel. Institutional-grade custody exists. Regulatory clarity is improving rather than constricting. As a result, the conversation has shifted from whether digital assets belong in portfolios to how exposure should be constructed. Bitcoin is increasingly viewed as a macro asset and store of value within that framework. Infrastructure protocols such as Chainlink were highlighted for solving a fundamental constraint. Blockchains cannot access real-world data on their own. Chainlink provides that connectivity layer, with visible on-chain usage, interoperability across networks, and integration with traditional financial infrastructure. For institutions, that translates into picks-and-shovels exposure tied to real economic activity. Solana was discussed from a usage-first perspective. High throughput, low and predictable costs, strong developer activity, growing stablecoin flows, and real transaction volume. From Grayscale’s viewpoint, Solana’s relevance shows up in how people actually use the network and in the demand coming from retail, wealth, and institutional channels, including ETF and staking products. Another clear signal of maturity is the decline of tribalism. As access becomes standardized through ETFs, exposure management replaces ecosystem loyalty. Investors are no longer choosing a single chain. They are allocating across stores of value, infrastructure layers, and income-producing assets within one asset class. The outlook discussed was bullish, but not speculative. Improving regulation. Broader access. Institutional demand. Yield through staking. Tokenization and infrastructure moving from concept to execution. This interview was not about timing markets. It was about recognizing that digital assets are no longer operating outside the financial system. They are being integrated into it. The institutional era of digital assets is upon us. Video Walkthrough of My Daily Process: How I merge my Finviz screener, TradingView watchlists, and a 'Compression' screener to generate stalk & focused ideas. Here’s a quick walkthrough of how I generate my stalk/focused ideas—also shared exclusively with my X subscribers through a daily pre-market tweet condensed into a 5-minute reference. A breakdown of the process; 1. Tradingview as my based charting and watchlist management platform. It is tile next to my finviz web browser. 2. I have 13 preset screeners across both platforms , 9 in finviz (post-market to watchlist), 4 in tradingview (watchlist compression, pre-market gapper of stock & etf, watchlist RVOL sorted). Details of each screener are shared in Chapter 3 of You can also get direct Shared Screen access from 3. I copy each screened result from Finviz and paste it into its corresponding TradingView watchlist (e.g., “Hottest Stock” results go into the “Hottest Stock” watchlist). Erik Carell has built a Finviz API workaround that lets you import an entire screen directly into a TradingView watchlist. 4. Screened results aren’t usually actionable on their own, so I add an extra layer— “compression” screener within TradingView—and run it through each dedicated watchlist. This is what I refer to as a “screen within a screen.” My watchlists are color-coded to show which screener each stock came from—and to highlight when a name appears across multiple screeners (e.g.,🔴= Hottest Stock). 5. I review each name that passes the “compression” screener, evaluating them one by one on the chart to determine whether they qualify for my stalk/focused idea watchlist. The criteria I use are outlined in my “15 Hard Rules” in Chapter 6. 6. The same process is then applied at the ETF level, since TradingView separates its Stock and ETF screeners into two different sections. 7. On top of that, I manually review over 160 ETFs to track day-by-day price action/RS across industry groups (not shown in the video). The full workflow—including post-market study—takes at least 2 hours per session. The process flows as follows: Screening → Watchlist Management → Focus List Rebuild & Preparation → Qualitative Market Reading for Situational Awareness → Portfolio Stop Management (when needed). No single screener will ever capture every opportunity. To stay ahead of the market, you need unwavering dedication, discipline, and consistency. Eventually, the market rewards that effort with the strong, or trending moves. But first, you need a strategy and process that fits your lifestyle and is sustainable over the long term. I hope you all find this helpful as we navigate this challenging yet financially rewarding journey.

Growth ETFs are perfect if you want higher potential returns and can handle the ups and downs that come with it. Vanguard Growth ETF (VUG) is my primary growth pick. VUG owns 185 large-cap growth companies—businesses growing earnings faster than the overall market. Their expense ratio is 0.04% (meaning if you invest $10,000, you pay only $4 per year in fees—extremely cheap). Their top holdings are Apple, Microsoft, Nvidia, Meta, Google, Tesla (which makes sense). The key difference between them and the S&P 100 is they don't include the other 94 stocks like Coca-Cola, Procter & Gamble, and Walmart (which provide more stability but slower growth). In VUG, you're overweighting specifically the growth companies. You're saying "I believe in technology and innovation, and I want concentrated exposure to that theme." So here's the trade-off: VUG is more volatile. When markets rally, it outperforms. When markets crash, it drops harder than the S&P 100. That's why you don't put 100% of your portfolio into VUG. It's your growth sleeve, not your whole strategy. Here's what I'd recommend: - Under 35: Up to 50% in growth - Over 50: Maybe 20-30% VUG gives you growth across multiple sectors—tech, consumer (Amazon), healthcare, communication. Another great growth ETF is VGT, which is the Vanguard Information Technology ETF. It has a 0.09% expense ratio and focuses purely on tech companies—more concentrated, more risk. I prefer VUG because it gives you growth across multiple sectors, not just tech. — This is just one of the ETFs I covered in my 22-minute video on ETFs that beats the S&P 500. I also covered how the S&P 500 is dangerously concentrated in 10 companies, which growth ETFs outperform during rate cuts, and why dividend ETFs exclude the best-performing stocks. Just comment "ETF" and I'll DM it into your inbox in the next few minutes.
