The youngest-ever black professor at Cambridge University is accused of plagiarizing his academic writing. The University of Cambridge has launched an investigation into media darling Jason Arday. Cambridge is investigating various allegations, including a claim by Arday that he ran 600 miles in 6 days to raise money for charity. The Telegraph reports that they found about 100 passages in Arday's PhD that were published by someone else six years before. Arday resigned from the University after the investigation was announced. In 2023, Arday was praised by the media for his "achievement."

Cambridge needs youth! 🫵 Jeeves, the incoming Cambridge SU President for postgraduates, met with others who are passionate about their local area at the first-ever Cambridge Student Summit. The event brought together students from the University of Cambridge, ARU, Long Road Sixth Form, and Hills Road Sixth Form College, who met with local leaders and elected representatives. Students filled the Summit with ideas, ambition and collaboration. They asked big questions, shared honest perspectives and pushed conversations forward.

The Cambridge South station has arrived on time 🚆 Opened to the public last Sunday, the Network Rail station can receive over 1.8 million journeys in a year. This will be invaluable to the Cambridge Biomedical Campus and the University of Cambridge. The Campus is the city's largest employment site, where over 22,000 people work 🧑‍🔬 This will not only make commuting easier for many workers, it will also benefit those visiting the Campus to seek treatment or find research and investment opportunities.
