I hear so often from the Dommes I work with that they struggle with people online fetichizing them and simply seeing them for how sexy and beautiful they are. They project their fantasies and their desires onto you. That stops immediately once you move the attention from you to them. From 'look at me' to 'I see you'. What does that look like? When you create content, think of them and what this scene or that narrative is evoking. What will they learn from you? What they want is not to passively watch how sexy you are, but for you to train them, to give them instructions, to teach them, to guide them, to be in charge, to command them. This is not being an object but the main subject. The Authority figure. How is your content already doing that. The sexy photos can still be there, they are important to already capture des attention. But what you do with that attention once you have it, is where the power dynamic is established. Positioning yourself as more than a stunning Goddess, but actually a woman who has a voice, opinions, perspective, a philosophy, a way to doing things, teaching them what you like, how you like it, why you like it, already makes them want to be that for you. You hold the attention, you hold the power, so you direct it. And for that, you want them to know you get them and you know what lives within them... that creates the desire for you to be the one exposing it. You instantly build trust. Not because you demanded it, but because you earned it: you showed them you know what you are doing. You have experience, you understand them. They are not told to come see you, they are seduced into it. They desire it. And they will work for it. This will attract better clients (real subs) and instead of you trying to get their attention, they will work to earn yours. If you want to learn more about power dynamics, building a brand as a Pro or the psychology behind BDSM, you can now access all my trainings and classes in one place for a fraction of the cost of The Dominatrix Academy. And you can reinvest the total amount towards the Program. Message me [SECRET] for the details. This offer is not available on my website.

Here's how Elon Musk found out Bill Gates has no basic physics. Gates showed up at Tesla Austin certain a long-range Semi could never work. Energy density? Efficiency? He didn't have a single number. Elon Musk: "You’d think that someone like Bill Gates, who clearly started a technology company that’s one of the biggest companies in the world—Microsoft—you’d think he’d be really quite strong in the sciences. But actually, at least from my direct conversations with him, he is not strong in the sciences. This was really surprising. He came to visit me at the Tesla Gigafactory in Austin and was telling me that it’s impossible to have a long-range semi-truck. And I was like, “Well, but we literally have them. And you can drive them. And Pepsi is literally using them right now. And you can drive them yourself or send someone. Obviously, Bill Gates is not going to drive it himself, but you can send a trusted person to drive the truck and verify that it can do the things that we say it’s doing.” And he’s like, “No, no, it doesn’t work. It doesn’t work.” And I’m like, “Okay.” I’m kind of stuck there. Then I was like, “Well, so it must be that you disagree with the watt-hours per kilogram of the battery pack. You must think that perhaps we can’t achieve the energy density of the battery pack, or that the watt-hours per mile of the truck is too high, and that when you combine those two numbers, the range is low. “And so, which one of those numbers do you think we have wrong, and what numbers do you think are correct?” And he didn’t know any of the numbers. And I’m like, “Well then, doesn’t it seem that it’s perhaps premature to conclude that a long-range semi cannot work if you do not know the energy density of the battery pack or the energy efficiency of the truck chassis?”

Philadelphia Eagles coach, Nick Sirianni: “Effort is free. You can control your effort” No it’s not and no you can’t! Effort is metabolically costly. You can say ‘effort is free’ every single day and players will still slack off; drop in intensity; give into distractions; be avoidant…to name a few behaviours. Effort is far from free. With every ounce of effort, sugars and glucose that power the brain deplete. Neural fatigue sets in throughout the course of the day. Anxiety is rife in competitive environments meaning effort can be quicker to atrophy. Effort is far from free… It’s also not completely under your control, not only for the very reasons above. Psychology offers us the law of least work: given a choice between similarly rewarding options, organisms learn to avoid those that require more work or effort. A better message? “To high perform and win, we have to put in enormous effort. And this is very, very hard. We’re going to support you to put in effort by giving you the environment, the education, and the skills to ensure that you can optimise your effort daily. By giving you this support we will be demanding. We will stretch you more than any other group of players in the NFL. This won’t be a comfortable process…but we will help you put more effort in that you thought possible…” What can be done? -education and support plans on nutrition; training; sleep; effective rest and recuperate; and lifestyle tools for daily planning -daily training structures that optimise periods during the day where effort can be optimised -engagement tools that help players engage during meetings and training…that help them exert effort appropriately and optimally -learning skills that help players apportion effort during training…that help them self-regulate their learning and practice deliberately -competitive mental skills that optimise player ability to compete while reducing the stress of competition By sending the message that effort is hard, but then providing the environment and skills to train and compete with enormous effort you are helping players develop ‘learned industriousness’ where effort can be experienced as valuable or rewarding in its own right. Effort is neither free nor controllable. But through environmental intervention and upskilling, coaches can help players take control of their effort and experience effort as rewarding.

Greatness recognizes greatness. Kobe Bryant: “Elon Musk is I think a genius by all accounts, but his commitment and his work… like I asked him one time about how does he learn. And the amount of research and the amount of study that he does is unheard of, but he’ll always say the most important thing is imagination. So you can learn anything that you want to learn, you can study all these things that you have in a book, but if you don’t have the imagination to then take it to another level, it doesn’t mean anything. I sat down and spoke with Elon for a couple hours. It was really, really a joy.” Interviewer: “So would you buy Tesla stock then?” Kobe Bryant: “I’ll buy into Elon.” The Mamba saw the vision early, a legend recognizing another one. One thing I’ve learned in life is that winners learn from winners. They study them. They spend time around them. They listen carefully to how they think. Losers in life usually do the opposite. They stay around other people who complain, make excuses, and stay stuck. That’s why people always say you become the average of the five people you spend the most time with. It’s real. If you surround yourself with greatness, ambition, and people who dream big, it starts to rub off on you. You begin to think bigger. Work harder. Expect more from yourself. It’s contagious. That’s why it matters so much who you listen to, who you follow, and who you choose to learn from. Greatness spreads. And once you’re around it long enough… it starts to become part of you.

No matter how long you've been working in esports, there comes a time when you need help. But in this industry when people see you failing too much, slowing down or struggling, it can be a death sentence. Fans call you out on Twitter and professionals call you "washed" behind closed doors. This is what the coaches, players, managers, content creators and many more live every day. They bottle it up and hide it from friends, family, managers, teammates because they're ashamed. It gets to a point where I need to specify that we can work together under NDAs so they can save face and be sure that nobody will find out they asked for help. We cannot continue working like this. Esports has been chewing up and spitting out these people for decades now. And I believe this shit needs to stop. Whether you've got the funds to seek help or not, I got you. For those who can, you can apply/book consultations to get the help you need, single consultations, weekly follow-ups. Whatever you need we'll find a way to make it work. For the younger ones, or if you simply cannot afford it, I've got something for you too. You can ask as many questions as you want and fill out the form available below. I'll answer the most frequently asked questions live and give you advice, resources, help, so you can work on your own. During Hotline Esports live I invite professionals to answer YOUR questions as well. Most of the content already available is in French. From now on, content will also be available in English (I'm slowly translating old videos) I'm tired of seing goodbye posts on Twitter, hearing painful stories of how ONE failure led to the end of a career. Asking for help is not shameful. All informations below ⬇️
