White people don't talk about their poverty and a lot of them are in credit debt. Cape Town is worse. The lengths people are willing to take to keep up with how they look in that town. it's beyond me.

There is a YT channel called "Homeless in CT," and it shows that this is no longer a warning but a reality.

It is not a Cape Town issue. Property prices are soaring everywhere in the world where people want to move to. Price and demand Rather than a Cape Town problem we should ask why is the property prices NOT climbing elsewhere?

This is two decades late. Peops I grew up with in sea point, have moved to west coast, Durbanville and those coming after us cannot afford those places either. It's a mess. But property prices in jhb are also on the rise. Heck, if EC 🤷🏾‍♂️

It’s always funny when people think white people in Cape Town are richer than other races. Like how do you come to this conclusion?
