Staff has no authority or rather illegal to manhandle customers! Should there be a theft, they should immediately inform the law enforcement. Apology insufficient, Cargills should properly compensate this customer.

It’s sad to see how low people have sunk. Complete lack of pride in their jobs. But I blame the company more. They’re recruited with little training, & paltry salaries, & expect them to work long hours, what can they expect, I guess.
What to apologise? Straight criminal prosecution.

The statement is wrong! They assume she was a Shoplifter! That is for authorities to decide & not them! It should have read Alleged Shoplifting!

This is thuggery😱.Cargills,Keels both have young thugs & unkind women's staff in their outlets. Customer service is ŽERO . No manners, don't mind customers, nobody to attend, no price tags in their food racks,meat grinders always out of order when asked for mince meat etc.Shame.

With proper Legal backing this lady who was assaulted could put them in jail for kidnapping.

That Lady in the sari with an ID tag seems to have serious anger management issues and should be referred for counseling.... a complete mishandling of this situation to the point that the customer is Nodaking. WWF Cargill's style and with no reff
