This is a big deal, one of our kids is very sensitive to seed oils. Does just fine with olive oil. We have to know and this kind of food labeling as olive oil when it’s the majority seed oils should be ilegal.

there’s more sunflower oil by weight than olive oil. Ingridents are listed by weight in order.

You can’t just “switch to olive oil” running a business. In Greece, it’s now 7-10€ a L. Sunflower < 1€. Even in the med, no restaurant is seedoil free. Not cost effective + not enough olive oil for worldwide demand. Even the “EVOO” you buy in the store is fake. Cook at home.

I'll pass on cava, if I go out for lunch it's either a rotisserie chicken, in-n-out/Culver's, or a local taco truck like today where I picked 2 pork stomach tacos and a birria quesadilla that's loaded with protein

Seed oils are actually fine, as multiple human randomized control trials have shown (data over feeling). What is not fine is disguising sunflower oil as olive oil.
