I welcome this clear response from the Cabinet Secretary for Justice: “It should be in no doubt that the Scottish Government, public bodies and Police Scotland are required to comply with the law - end of” The rest of the government should follow her lead. ON MARCH 3, 2026 - IN THE REPUBLICAN PRIMARY THE REPUBLICAN VOTERS SAID THAT THE STATE OF TEXAS SHOULD PROHIBIT SHARIA LAW BY 96%. As we all know Cornyn and Abbott have done nothing to stop the huge number of Mosques being built in TX - We all know those Mosques foment Sharia Law - They did nothing to stop the all Muslim enclaves from being built. This has to be stopped and reversed and anyone who came here who wants Sharia Law and are not citizens should be deported - Those who want Sharia Law to be their law and not our Constitution (which is not compatible) should be denaturalized and deported.

DePaul University in Chicago Illinois is firing American workers and then rehiring foreigners on H-1B visas “DePaul University said that it fired 114 staff members amid budget cuts. However, over the course of the same year, they have been filing labor condition applications, also known as LCAs, which is the required paperwork for an institution to hire a foreign worker through the H-1B program” I liked more into this and DePaul filed 20 Labor Condition Applications to bring in foreigners to take jobs Also, DePaul is cap-exempt for H-1B visas, making it much easier for them to sponsor foreign workers for roles like faculty, researchers and staff positions This needs to end. We should not be importing foreigners to take American jobs, especially high paying jobs at universities The university listed salaries for these job filings for foreigners ranged up to $149,963, with at least one at $130,000 starting salary This is ridiculous

I have seen it from my own eyes in the last three decades. But this incident has triggered the controversy and has brought the issue before everybody in the country. I think this issue now should be taken very seriously because 498A misuse should be curbed. After all, it has an impact on the social fabric of our society. There are false allegations which are not only filed against the husband but also against the father-in-law, mother-in-law, sister-in-law, and brother-in-law, of the family. They are also implicated in these kinds of cases and most of them are false. I'm not saying genuine cases are not there. There are genuine cases which should be looked into, but the majority of them, which we see are filed to persuade the husband to settle the matter for some money...So this shows how this law is being misused. “PUBERTY BLOCKERS ARE A GODSEND” - Bar Council of Ireland promotes radical trans ideology while barrister Simeon Burke left out in the cold. Simeon Burke is appealing to Law Library members to intervene ahead of the Master confirmation deadline at 5pm this Friday, 19 September 2025. He continues to be prevented from practicing law before the Irish courts. Meanwhile the Law Library, Ireland’s professional association for barristers, is currently promoting the books ‘Trans Like Me’ and ‘Life Isn’t Binary’ to its members. According to these books: • It is a ‘toxic myth’ that there are only two genders • The binary conception of gender ‘has been a vital feature in the history of patriarchal oppression’ • Transgenderism should be enshrined in law • People should use transgender pronouns (i.e. they/them) • Transgender criminals should be housed in the prison of their choice • Puberty blockers are a ‘God-send’ and should be made available to children • The notion of good or bad and right or wrong is a limited way of thinking we need to move beyond. Meanwhile, Simeon Burke BL – a Christian barrister – continues to be prevented from entering the Law Library and practising law before the Irish Courts. He says: ‘The Law Library should not be a place where only one view is tolerated and where anybody who does not agree with LGBT is banned. I am a Christian. I do believe in right and wrong. I do believe there are only two genders. I should not have to give up that belief to join the Law Library. I do not believe that if you pass your exams, gain the necessary qualifications and are called to the Bar by the Chief Justice, you should be left outside the door of the Law Library as I have been.’

Not only should it not be controversial that I refuse to give myself powers that are not clearly stated in federal law, but that should absolutely be the standard, the constant of how an EPA Administrator approaches this position. Strictly adhere to the single best reading of the law pursuant to the U.S. Supreme Court decision in Loper Bright, and don’t ever get creative in trying to give myself any powers that the law hasn’t given me. If Congress wants me to do something other than the single best reading of the law, then they should try to change the law instead of demanding that I circumvent statute.

🔸I stand in firm solidarity with the lecturers of the University of Zimbabwe who are advocating for improved working conditions and the payment of fair and reasonable wages as provided for under our Employment Law. It is an insult for a lecturer to earn US$250/month which is less than a basic stipend for an intern on attachment and less than a practitioner in private practice charges for one hour. Special mention to senior law lecturer Munya Gwisai who taught most of us Labour Law. His decades old principled stance on the need to protect the rights of workers in accordance with the law is not only inspiring but a worthy reminder that we should all work hard to ensure that the Constitution and the Labour Act are not rendered lifeless museum pieces. The law must be given its full effect. We need new leaders.🇿🇼

That’s what the first segment of CBS’s “Slamming The Door,” titled “Denying the Dream,” is all about. I like the fact that the Commissioner posed a question on whether non-legal practitioners should practice law, she got it right and the candidate got it wrong. The Kenyan Law in all its forms, including ADR. The Judiciary should be deeply ashamed that they accredited masquaraders to practice law. The Council of Legal Ed. and Kenya School of Law should confirm to the public if they teach ADR and particularly mediation and clarify whether the Judiciary has capacity to include non-lawyers as CAM practitioners without their involvement as regulators. The Law Society of Kenya has a fully funded department that fights masquaraders, I propose they start with this judiciary masquaraders as a matter of priority.
