CBS edited their interview with Kate Winslet to remove the reference to the genocide in Gaza. This is propaganda. The American people are the most propagandised on earth.

CBS also edited it out of the show they broadcast. The edit is right after "those stories may never otherwise have been told," the broadcast then skips to "and Lee was someone ..." The next thing she said after "those stories may never otherwise have been told" was "And everyone, everyone has a right for their story to be remembered in conflict. And that is so relevant to today." (we don't know what else she said, if anything. It sounds like she could have referenced Gaza by name after she said "so relevant to today..." ) Where the broadcast edit picks up is at the point where she says "...and Lee was someone who lived life on her terms at full throttle" so we don't know if there was even more cut from what they broadcast and what they put on youtube than the part "And everyone, everyone has a right for their story to be remembered in conflict. And that is so relevant to today." Kate's next sentence (after what we hear in the TikTok version) probably wasn't "and Lee was someone who lived life on her terms at full throttle."

Kate Winslet almost got cancelled for narrating this incredible film. Highly recommended: Eleven Days In May (2022)

Don't think they're alone. The BBC have been doing a pretty good job in the UK too. Worldwide actually. #Gaza #Palestine #Syria @aljenglish

You get more criticism of Israel’s war crimes from Haaretz than from US media.

Media is not in the business of news or entertainment. It’s in the business of mind control.

Colbert is a CIA asset at this point.

Colbert's always ready to take one for the man.

Fuck Colbert

Almost no one knows the name Edward (Eddy) Bernays. Mission accomplished. Flattery galvanizes people. It's one thread in the rope that pulls us where the controllers want us.
