Ceasefire & uncommitted delegates walking around the DNC, hand in hand. There are now some 300 of these delegates. The DNC/campaign denied even a single Palestinian from the stage — generating backlash from members of Congress & interfaith, cross-race community leaders.

Under Trump half of them will be marching to camps!

LMAO their “deadline” passed, what are they gonna do, where was the threat, hold hands and cry about it? You people brought this on yourself with your complete lack of political strategy, kneecapping yourselves at every turn. Trying to oppose a candidate who supports a ceasefire to achieve symbolic gestures in exchange for nothing in return. Also reminder this is 300 out of 4000+ delegates.

You guys should feel disappointed that the so many leftists who claimed to support you all year long are now ignoring you and gearing up for Beyoncé.

This is really sad and heartbreaking. 💔💔

They should vote for someone who actually opposes genocide. But of course, there's no one in the Democratic party who will run with that stance (since they're all bought out by AIPAC).

@Phil_Lewis_ The protest is just but feeling entitled to stage time is not a good look. There were several people who were scheduled to perform but couldn’t due to time.

I can't imagine why they thought you might take an opportunity to protest the party.

No one owes you a speaking slot. Competition for speaking roles are fierce and there are many equally worthy contenders. You aren't more important than other people.

This is simple political calculus. They KNOW that none of these 300 people will vote for Trump. Not one. They might vote for Stein or do a write-in and the DNC is fine with that. All the DNC cares about is not giving a single one of those votes to Trump - and they succeeded
