Looks like a billion petals filled with love since roses are grown with love. I’m almost at one time a master rose Gardner. Anything goes roses.

And do you know how the petal droppers got up there? Steps were cut on the outside of the dome in the middle ages, 2 sets of steps, they got away with murder then. Hadrian would be fuming. View on google earth.
