I thought the reason Cell's tail shrunk in his perfect form was because his evolution was complete and that he no longer needed to absorb anyone. Regressing and being forced to absorb a nerfed kid Goku in base form. How embarrassing. 😆

Im not a GT fan but this is one of my favorite moments in GT. Base Kid Goku 1v2 against Frieza and Cell and he is just toying with them on their base forms. Back in DBZ, He struggled against them 1v1 in Super Saiyan form. He barely won against Frieza and he didnt beat Cell.

Even when I was a little kid I thought this looked weird as hell. But it was fun watching Goku whoop their asses while being so much stronger than them even in base.
