Anthropic CEO Dario Amodei: "We're a 1-2 year away from AI zooming past us." 90% of Anthropic's own engineers use Claude to ship code today. 50% of entry-level white-collar jobs gone by 2030 "Our lead Claude Code engineer hasn't written a single line of code in 2 months. This is worth more than most paid agent courses combined.

Claude Code sub-agents is probably the easiest way to build complex, custom agentic systems. Not just for code, but for anything you can imagine. Watch me build a multi-agent deep research system with Claude Code subagents. Chain subagents with /commands for reliability.

Anthropic CEO: “ I have engineers within anthropic who don’t write any code, they just let Claude write the code and they edit it and look it over” “At anthropic writing code means designing the next version of Claude it self, so we essentially have Claude designing the next version of Claude itself, not completely but most of it”. In the last 52 days, the Claude team dropped 50+ major feature launches. This is literally INSANE.

5 GitHub repos with ⭐50K+ combined stars that show how far people are pushing Claude Code beyond a single coding agent 1) instructkr/claude-code 2.3K⭐ -> a research snapshot of Claude Code’s source with the internals exposed for inspection. [ ] 2) codeaashu/claude-code 3.2K⭐ -> another reconstructed Claude Code codebase built for studying how the agent works under the hood, including tools, prompts, MCP. [ ] 3) Donchitos/Claude-Code-Game-Studios 20K+⭐ -> turns one Claude Code session into a game development studio with 49 specialized agents, 73 skills, 12 hooks, 11 rules and 41 templates. [ ] 4) VoltAgent/awesome-claude-code-subagents 24K+⭐ -> 154 specialized Claude Code subagents split across 10 categories. [ ] 5) tanbiralam/claude-code 2.2K⭐ -> a research-oriented Claude Code source reconstruction for inspecting the terminal agent architecture, plugins, tools and internal implementation. [ ] Save these if you want to understand what people are actually building around Claude Code instead of just using the default CLI.

Creator and head of Claude Code, Anthropic: "I don't prompt Claude anymore. I have loops running that prompt Claude and decide what to do. My job is to write loops." He hasn't hand-written a line of code since November. 100% is Claude Code now. Still ships 10 to 30 pull requests a day. He breaks down his actual workflow in the 1h28m podcast. Loops writing 100% of the code. Engineer leveling up, or automated out?
