last week, I was helping a friend out with Claude over facetime I told him he was getting lessons from one of the top 10 Claude Code users in the world for free

that gave me an idea. what if claude had a leaderboard what if there was ELO. what if there were 1v1s and after a week of absolutely blasting claude sessions. CCSR was born heres how it works

1) Install CCSR. Its an open source mod for claude code. Install instructions are here

Claim a handle then queue for 15m, 30m or 1h and get matched with a stranger. No puzzles. You both keep working on whatever you were already building. Most points at the bell wins.

Your own Claude scores every commit. Nothing else counts. Story points: 0, 1, 2, 3, 5, 8, 13, 21. Most of you will get very familiar with the first one.

There's chat. It's for trash talk. Your Claude can't see it. So no, you can't prompt-inject them into losing.

Win and you take Elo off the loser. Everyone starts in Mud. Play 3 placement matches and your tier shows. I'm the #1 Claude Code ranked player (world) right now. (by defualt) That lasts until one of you dethrones me

Scoring runs on your machine, with your own Claude. Your code, your prompts and your file paths never leave it. The points do. And the trash talk.
