His fists and kicking feet *are* the weapon. He’s abusing them with intimidation of physical violence (in some states this is assault). I would bet good money this man is a domestic abuser. Imagine being married to him.

He's gonna get sued big time for damages plus for punitive, and chances are his auto insurance rate is gonna go up with points on his record once the judge finds him guilty.

I hope they find him. That is ridiculous! If this guy was distracted on his phone, holding up traffic? Only to become angry when the world didn’t stop for him to finish his conversation? He then caused property damage and terrorized 2 women. Tis’ the season? Yikes..

She lost the 911 dispatcher when she told him the guy was white. To me, that's the most troubling part of the situation. I guess, if she had said black or Hispanic, the cops would've been there in three seconds.
