🐧 did i tell you guys this story? when i was younger, you know the sky bridge kinda thing at the playground, right? we were playing there and my older and younger sister crossed it really easily because they weren’t scared but i’m really scared of heights…i kinda have acrophobia so i said i couldn’t do it because i have a fear of heights 🐧 my mom and dad were there too so my dad said “you’re definitely not going home until you cross this bridge” 🐧 i said that i was really scared and that i couldn’t do it…that it was making me nauseous 🐧 it was at quite a height if you think about it from the pov of someone that’s young 🐧 the arched monkey bars were at a height so you had to climb them on by one but my dad was like “no way, you have to cross this.” so i climbed it one by one while crying and shaking 🐧 thankfully i did go home 🐧 we were there for nearly an hour 🐧 i was raised to be strong 🐧 they got rid of each of the things that used to scare me, one by one 🐧 i actually used to hate bugs but my grandma…🤣🤣🤣 told me to not be scared of them 🐧 i overcame all of it but heights are something i can’t do at all 🐧 how do i put this…that really feels like it’s life-threatening to me 🐧 that’s why i didn’t go on the ferris wheel with the other members in america and only went on the carousel

#YOUNGJAE recalled how #GOT7 once felt unsure about their musical direction as a team 🌙 among ourselves, we wondered, is it that we were doing too many different things at the time? because usually, when you look at things now, most groups solidify one color and let it settle a bit, and then start doing what they want to do. but for us, our company said, “let’s try this,” “let’s try that,” “let’s try that too.” so at the time, we often said to each other, “why do we feel like we don’t have a color?” that’s something we talked about a lot among ourselves 👤 so that’s what you were thinking… 🌙 yes, it was something we really worried about together. are we doing too much of everything? when it came to GOT7, we felt like there was no musical color that came to mind. like there wasn’t something certain, you couldn’t describe it with just one thing. everyone would always say, “you’re like a rainbow,” “you’re diverse,” “you do many different things well.” but at that time, that actually made us think, “so there really isn’t one thing that sticks in people’s minds about us.” that idea really stuck with us. 👤 i see. i never imagined you all were thinking like that 🌙 yes, we were really serious about it. that we needed to just focus on one thing. but it wasn’t something we could decide entirely on our own, so naturally, we ended up feeling more stressed about it. we wanted to solidify one strong identity and then slowly expand into other areas, but we couldn’t do that, so we were really disappointed among ourselves.

💙: Before I share my thoughts… earlier our PLLIs were crying so much. I mean why do you cry so much at every concert? Honestly it made my heart hurt a little 💙: Of course, I know they were tears of joy and emotion but still… seeing you cry kind of hurts my heart, so I wanna tell you not to cry 💙: And today we were able to wrap things up here at Gocheok so smoothly and I feel really good about that and I wanna say that the driving force that allows us to hold concerts like this is all thanks to our PLLIs truly this is all thanks to you 💙: If PLLIs weren’t here… we wouldn’t even have been able to busk, really we wouldn’t even have been able to do busking. Thanks to you, we’re experiencing something incredible 💙: Thank you so much for allowing us to have such a big experience and for making us into PLAVE. From now on too, I’ll keep singing while looking only at PLLIs 💙: And I also not only PLLIs, I think our members really worked so hard, I wanna take this moment to say thank you and that I’m proud of them truly 💙: The members thought a lot about how to make this concert good, how to make something that our PLLIs would like and be moved by, they really worried about it together and I’m so grateful they kept going without getting worn out

Not even once 🐨 we did fight, one night after drinking, getting all melancholy and stuff, because we have to work again the next day, because we were always doing a song camp. So i was like "hey lets clean this up a bit now' 🐥 hyung shouldnf you also not say that to taehyung like that either? 🐱 not but i was right there beside them listening and suddenly the guys were getting heated so i called jimin over and said whats this about? But the funny thing is since they were all drunk, what it was about they didnt really know exactly 🐥 no but still hyung you cant talk to a member like that. 🐨 me? For a second, I thought it was like a surprise birthday party. It really felt like that at first. But then I saw their expressions - they looked really upset. So I asked, “What’s going on?” And they said, “It’s frustrating. Hyungie, you’ve been acting too much like this, and it’s making things hard. Watching Zodiac is like the experience of reading a really absorbing non-fiction book, and I know that part of it for you was about honoring the people who were the victims of the Zodiac, but you also have so many details, so many facts, you take it to such a level where there’s so much information… why was that important to you? Fincher: I don’t respect movies that treat me like I don’t have the attention span or mental faculty to follow… it’s one thing to talk about Dave Toschi’s fall from grace in an oblique and generic way. I can answer that question in a couple of different ways. I wanted the movie to take its toll on the audience, I wanted the audience to feel like they went through it, like they went through the ringer with these guys, and I didn’t know how to do that because these guys didn’t run across rooftops and fall off fire escapes. In their quest to bring the Zodiac to justice they followed the trail of breadcrumbs as far as it would take them, and they kept pushing and kept pushing when there were crackpots coming out of the woodwork. I felt like I didn’t want to make one of those movies where you do montage/montage/montage and you get the idea that they went to the mat with this, that it took its toll – I wanted the audience to feel that. You know, in retrospect you look at it and say maybe audiences who are looking for entertainment on a Friday night don’t want that toll taken on them. I felt like anything less than that would be doing the story and people involved a disservice. You could do it as something compressed, where you get the gist of it, and we would have shots of Jake [Gyllenhaal] half asleep and you would have those obligatory shots where the boss says, ‘You look like sh!t.’ And in the end I still don’t feel like you get enough of what happens with his family, we don’t get enough with his wife and kids, but it was all we could do to get it in at under two hours and forty minutes. I feel like we took about as much time as you can really expect an audience to sit still for and we tried to make them feel what it was like to be invested in this circuitous run down the rabbit hole."
