She refused to return the correct change, threatened to call the Railway Protection Force, and ultimately did not issue the ticket. This amounts to clear harassment and fraud against passengers. Such misconduct must not be tolerated. The concerned employee should be immediately suspended and a proper investigation should be initiated.
