When I was growing up, it never made sense to me that the KKK and the Nazis were allowed to have marches, spewing their hate openly despite their violent, hateful past. It was explained to me that under the 1st Amendment, their speech is protected, no matter how disagreeable or hateful it is. TODAY, Pam Bondi said that you can be targeted by the DOJ for free speech if you say mean things about Charlie Kirk or trump because that is "hate speech." Doesn’t that LITERALLY contradict the principle the right has been celebrating about Charlie Kirk? Isn’t that… unconstitutional?

This one says “Ya’ll hear that? That’s the sound of the saxophones getting louder for Chud. And let this serve as a reminder that ya’ll have freedom of speech but not freedom of f*cking consequences. So watch your f*cking mouth.” These people want to control what you’re allowed to say based on what offends them. They want to label any words they don’t like as “hate speech” but even “hate speech” is protected under the First Amendment, just like any other speech. As long as it’s not a direct threat or incitement to violence, no one has the legal right to physically attack you simply because they find your words offensive. Why is this so hard for them to understand? They say the most hateful things about Whites on a daily basis but only they can have a “no-no” word.
