Let's talk about training and how hard you need to push yourself at home before you go for any trials. I remember when I knew that I will be traveling for a trial, i stopped going out of my neighbourhood to play football and I just locked in on training for 2month straight. I will do a roadside jogging from my house to the pitch at Ashiribo and I will train for like 2hrs or more and that was my routine every week except Sundays to rest and I did that for 2 months. Victor McDonald assigned me a coach to train and get me ready and he was by far the hardest I have ever trained. Days where I will tie a tyre around my waist to run on the sand, I did a lot of running,strength training, speed work on the sand with tyre. People who see me train have no idea why I was k!lling myself to train that hard. I once trained with Raphael Edereho a guy who I was looking up at that time and I was not able to walk for 2 days after training with him. I trained like my life depends on it. And I stayed away from many things that will slow me down like, bad friends, drinking, sm0king, including girls and I was just locked in on my purpose to make it happen and it paid off. After 3 months that I left Nigeria the news broke out that I signed for Sölvesborg GIF and People were surprised to see it in the news paper and even my father got asked questions like how or when did I traveled. I thought I trained well enough but to my surprise I was no where near ready at all. I couldn't believe what I saw during the trainings I had to call one of my coaches back home and tell him how hard the trainings are for me. The new generation of young players don't like to train and they except someone to just come and say I will take you to trials. Many have failed not because they don't have the talent but because they don't train enough to meet the standards and social media has made them think otherwise. Your preparation is the most important thing you can do for sure yourself and just like Kobe Bryant said if you are well prepared for it you will not be afraid of failure.

While I was in Manchester last week, I did the same thing I did in London today in between work meetings. The relatively young-in-service officers (who all look so young, or it's me getting older), are a cohort I have huge respect for. Here is a fact. Policing is not for everyone and many that apply to join do not get to the attestation stage. Some that do, drop out thereafter or do not pass. So, those that get through the training and get on our streets deserve encouragement, mentoring, and support - not ridicule. We all used to be new at something once. It was a real honour to meet those new Metropolitan Police officers as I did those from Greater Manchester Police officers, chat with, and thank them for their work. To those of you; young and not so young in service 😀 - thank you for all that you do to keep us safe all year round. Chin up. 💙

It's impossible to describe what Erika Kirk has gone through. Even in this video in which her topic is the division that killed her husband and has triggered three assassination attempts on Trump, she is still attacked, mocked, and slandered. People even complaining "why is she wearing black!?" Because they complain when she wears gold and when she wears white as well. When she shows up, and when she doesn't. When she looks 'suspicious' or 'odd' or 'weird'. Or connected to conspiracies crafted out of thin air. "Erika is a liar", Ok, then do two things: name the lies, and connect those lies to the accusations she has suffered for months. Because otherwise you're just another agitator that has zero proof, zero evidence, and only ad hominem attacks in the name of 'asking questions'. You never really cared about the truth. You have just used Charlie Kirk's murder as a telenovela, agitated by brainrot podcasters that only want a free lunch out of a case that, if you applied just a bit of common sense, it would be easy to connect the dots. The videos I made were precisely for that, but it's obvious that the conspiracies are juicier content for the watercooler. For those of you who still debate, and argument, and discuss, and bring receipts to these deranged fools that keep ignoring every single piece of actual evidence, my hat is off. I don't have the energy or time for that. I just block them at this point. You're definitely better than me. I can just keep doing what I think is right. And what is needed right now is for every single person, every single one, to look inside themselves. But if they have become this blind to external reality, to facts, to critical thinking, I don't have much hopes for any true self reflection.

The U.S. is considering a deal that would let Nvidia and AMD sell certain AI chips to China, with a 15% cut of that business going straight to the government. My answer to the first is yes, as long as they are building on the American tech stack. Even if we ship older generations, they remain dependent on U.S. firmware and software. It's still incremental cash flow for shareholders, and the market likes it. Here's the real issue for me... We added 3 trillion dollars in debt. I don't want free checks going out to everyone. I want America to stay the number one place for the world to invest. That means using this revenue to reduce the deficit, maintaining fiscal discipline, and keeping our technological edge. Lose that confidence, and everything changes.
