It was a little too on the nose 💀 The prompt I used: "Based on everything you know about my fitness goals and limitations, build a 30-day workout plan I'll actually follow through on." No cookie-cutter influencer plan. No 5am boot camp nonsense. I thought I’d share that I go through it too, and if you’re experiencing depression in any ways I just wanted to say that you aren’t alone, but we will get through it.
