I've used 6 ref images in total, here you are 4 of em. And the Seedance 2.5 prompt was this one: [STYLE + CAMERA + ATMOSPHERE] Real live broadcast of a primetime TV talent show audition. Multi-camera coverage, hard cuts, correct TV shot sizes. Every camera is hand-operated: slightly shaky, small reframes, quick zoom corrections. Real stage light and skin. Acting is small and sincere. [IMAGE REFERENCES] [ref_1]: the contestant's face, costume and proportions. He is a 3 ft 9 in (114 cm) man; keep him that small in every shot. Ignore its gray background. [ref_2]: the three judges, their desk and the golden buzzer. [ref_3]: the stage and theater layout. [ref_4]: backstage, the host and the contestant's family. [ref_5]: the audience. [ref_6]: scale only: his head reaches an adult's waist. [TIMELINE] 0-2.5s: [High wide on a jib, behind the judges, craning down] Judges at their desk, the stage empty. The contestant walks in from the right wing, crossing right to left toward the star mark. 2.5-4s: [Low side angle from the front row, closer, panning with him] He walks along the stage with quick short steps. 4-6.5s: [Medium on the judges, slow handheld pan across them] They trade looks, eyebrows up. Behind them the audience is alive: people gasp, point, nudge each other, half stand. 6.5-8.5s: [Medium] He stops on the mark, dead still, staring at the judges with a sly grin. 8.5-11.5s: [Medium on the bearded judge] He leans to his mic. Language: American English: {Hi there, welcome! So what's your name, and what are you gonna do for us to—} Hard cut mid-word. 11.5-13s: [Close-up] The contestant lifts one index finger to his lips. <shhh> The theater goes silent. 13-16s: [Full body, frontal] He dances a stiff upright hopping polka: back straight, arms out to the sides, two hops per second, kicking each heel forward. <slippers slapping the floor> 16-17.5s: [Backstage, medium] The host and the family watch the monitor in silence, moved, eyes wet. 17.5-19s: [Close-up] The woman in the pink gown, lips pressed together, one tear running down her cheek. 19-21.5s: [Tracking] Still hopping, he skips down the stage steps toward the judges' desk. 21.5-23.5s: [High wide, the whole desk in frame] He sprints around the judges' desk at impossible speed, two complete laps: once around, then all the way around again, a dark streak passing behind their chairs twice. <whoosh, whoosh> Papers fly, the judges' heads whip around. 23.5-25.5s: [Wide, stage] He is already back on the star mark, frozen in a finish pose: arms spread wide, one foot forward, chin up. One beat of total silence. 25.5-28s: [Audience, then judges] The audience leaps up screaming. The judges gape. The woman in the gold dress stands and slams the golden buzzer. <buzzer hit, roar> 28-30s: [Wide, jib rising] Golden confetti pours over the stage. He holds the pose, grinning. [AUDIO] No background music. No subtitles. The contestant never speaks. [STYLE & QUALITY BOOSTERS] Live TV realism, coherent physics, stable identities, his size constant, natural motion blur. 🫡🫡

The scale reference is the bit most people skip. Without it heights drift between shots even when the face holds.

Its the "sh" 🤫 for me😂 Very well detailed prompt..Welldone mate

Hahaha so glad you like it mate

The scale reference is the old height chart from casting sessions, and it works for the same reason. I'd add one fixed prop per scene, a door or a chair, so the model always has something to measure against.

👌👌👌

I am more interested in the tutorial video. Did Opus do it? 😅

Pues no he luchado yo contra esto en el ultimo spot, por la diferencia de altura entre los luchadores... Te lo dejo por aquí 😊

Looks so real bro

your character sheet for the dwarf looks nothing like the original. infact you aged him.

👌👌

Woow, super good tutorial

🙏🙏🙏

Dumb

Toy designers have used this exact trick for decades: turnaround sheet + a scale reference next to a known object before anything goes to sculpt or factory. Funny that AI video consistency is landing on the same workflow. Does adding color/material callouts help too?

This type of video is very interesting and easy to follow

So you liked them template, right? I'm trying to find the best way to share the how to

Yep, very interesting and easy to understand beat by beat. also how you used the references

ok but a scale reference means you also redraw it every time the shot moves 🙃
