Another group of volunteers has departed from the Chechen Republic for the special military operation zone to carry out their assigned tasks. Before departure, the fighters gathered at Grozny International Airport, named after Hero of Russia Akhmat-Khadzhi Kadyrov. Another group of volunteers has departed from the Chechen Republic for the special military operation zone to carry out their assigned tasks. Before departure, the fighters gathered at Grozny International Airport, named after Hero of Russia Akhmat-Khadzhi Kadyrov. Today I want to especially thank all our warriors who are inflicting truly significant losses on Russia. Losses at the front. Losses along the border. Losses on Russia’s own territory thanks to our long-range strikes. The most effective sanctions – the ones that work the fastest – are the fires at Russia’s oil refineries, its terminals, oil depots. To significantly restrict Russia’s oil industry is to significantly restrict the war. Russia’s war is essentially a function of oil, of gas, of all its other energy resources. I thank the special forces of the Security Service of Ukraine, who did a great job in Primorsk recently, hitting Russia’s largest oil terminal on the Baltic Sea. There is substantial damage; everything has been verified. And this is tangible for the enemy. Our special forces are also keeping an eye on the port of Ust-Luga and all other Russian points of access to the world market. Today, the Security Service of Ukraine’s drones are capable of operating at distances of more than a thousand kilometres. The Special Operations Forces, the Unmanned Systems Forces, the Foreign Intelligence Service, and the Defense Intelligence are also involved. I thank them all for their accuracy.

Our warriors have achieved good results in applying long-range sanctions against important facilities on the territory of Russia and in the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine. More than 700 kilometers from our state border, in Russia’s Yaroslavl region, SSU warriors struck an oil facility that was important for the reserves of the aggressor state. Warriors of our army reached their targets in Russia’s Tula region – specifically, the Azot plant, whose operations are critical to explosives production capabilities. Air traffic restrictions were imposed at six Russian airports, and overall, since yesterday evening, 28 regions of Russia have been under air raid alerts. There were also hits on the occupier’s military logistics in the temporarily occupied territory of Ukraine. Ukraine is carrying out its plan of long-range sanctions against Russia and the assigned tasks regarding mid-range strikes in response to Russia’s refusal to end this war. We have offered the Russian leadership every possible format for negotiations – and the only response was continued aggression and attempts to expand it.
