The WoodLand Pizzeria is a project in a hand-painted art style from EanWinnie to help them explore procedural workflows. Inspired by an illustration from Japanese artist Nonohara, the scene is reinterpreted as an explorable 3D environment. "One thing I found especially useful during this project was using UE’s PCG framework to create the snow-covered version of the environment. I used PCG to create the snow-covered assets needed throughout the entire scene. Compared to manually creating each snow-covered asset individually, this made iteration much faster and saved me a significant amount of time. Stuck in Roots by Lighting Artist Karim Yasser is an environment made using Unreal Engine 5.5.1 which takes us deep into the woods 🌳 The creation of this project is rooted in Quixel Megascans assets, unique meshes made with Unreal's modelling tools, Lumen and Nanite. Through these tools, Karim was able to approach the project like a canvas to create a more stylized look with higher quality lighting on.

Village in the Clouds by Lucas Cavalcanti 3D, is a personal, game-ready environment project based on the artwork of 简繁, created to improve his understanding of large-scale environments in Unreal Engine 5. The scene was crafted from scratch, including props, vegetation, textures, VFX, landscape and buildings. In addition to this, the main character was created in VRoid Studio, the modeling and texturing of the Yak was done by 3D Artist Guilherme Miles and the art direction was handled by Concept Artist Dan Vitoria. "I built this project from scratch, using mostly information freely available on the internet. Planning and persistence were crucial to achieving this result. Unreal Engine’s native tools made my work much easier, such as the Vertex Paint tool for texturing the house walls and the Niagara System for creating real-time waterfalls." - Lucas Cavalcanti

Senior Environment Artist Jhosep Chevarria Capacoila created the perfect environment to bundle up and lock in with Cozy Lo-Fi Room ☕ Jhosep had this to share on the creation of the project: "During the creation of this project, I utilized MegaLights, a powerful new feature that significantly boosted both performance and creativity in terms of the level of detail in the scenery. I was able to use multiple spot and point lights and was impressed by the performance compared to lights without MegaLights."

In addition, he created 8 shaders for the asset and some grungey decals for that authentic streetcar-in-use feel.
