Silvan joined our Discord & mentioned that he worked at CIG, was an engine engineer and was really passionate about VR and wanted to bring VR support to Star Citizen. A couple years later, him and a small team of other engineers with CIG have built out a first experimental release of VR support in the game that you can try now!. It’s absolutely incredible even now to see that vast, detailed world as if you were there. Be sure to give feedback in their community as the experience will continue to be built out with feedback.
