SUPER MARIO 3D WORLD VR, you heard that right! Every day something new comes out in VR that I've been waiting ages for. Even though this is an alpha 0.1, the game can be beaten from start to finish! INCREDIBLE, truly something I've longed for. I honestly couldn't ask for more from this passionate VR community!! 🚀

🔥 It Takes Two VR (Praydog's Upcoming UEVR Mod) 🔥 Alex and I tested out the co-op game of the year winner together and it's absolutely incredible in full 6DOF VR! It's like being IN a Pixar movie together with your friend. VR absolutely needs more co-op games like this.

Zelda BOTW VR Mod Releasing In 2 Days! 5 years ago, Crementif began doing the “impossible”. Trying to port one of the greatest games of all time into full 6DOF VR with motion controls. But being a Wii U game, this was an entirely different kind of challenge. Through way too many sleepless nights, Crementif stayed with it, and is finally releasing his mod free and open source in 2 days! Here’s just a few of the features: - Full stereo-rendering with 6DOF (not AER). - Full VRIK, hands and arms support. You can drip yourself out in all the fanciest clothes. - Fully and physically wield weapons, torches and bokoblin arms into combat. - Gestures to equip and throw weapons. - Use motion controls to interact with the world to solve puzzles or start fires. - Optional third-person mode. - Large mod compatibility. BetterVR only modifies the code and no game data. Most other mods should be compatible. Zelda BOTW has some of the best physics and in VR, a whole new world of what you can do opens up.

Super Mario 3D World in VR is REAL!! And it works surprisingly well. You can already play the whole game in VR, with both third-person diorama mode and an experimental first-person view. I also made a quick guide showing you how to set it up 👇 github link:

Folks. CircuitLord really went all in on this Titanfall 2 VR mod... It's about as close to "native VR" as a mod can get. 10 years of VR and this still blows me away. Well done! Here is an install tutorial, as if you even need it. The installation is also as easy as it gets. ENJOY! ⤵️Link to the mod in the comments⤵️ #VR #VirtualReality #PCVR #Titanfall #SteamFrame

UNDERDOGS solves some basic VR embodiement issues with what we call First And A Half Person - a slight separation of the player from the game world, in our case, via mech. This is the foundational idea behind UNDERDOGS. It might not be relevant to every VR game, but if you're interested in hearing about the thought process and design decisions that give UNDERDOGS' its sense of weight and immersion, check out Yot's talk:

To the unreasonable fudders who say that we only create hype with the VR tweet, we have an answer for you. Watch the internal test clip to see the VR feature being tested; it will give a grasp of the development and reduce the fud from you. Constant #BUIDL, no fud can stop that
