I’m really excited to announce that the writing of The Shader Survival Guide is done! We’re now working on the final formatting for this e-book about shader development using Shader Graph in Unity. I also want to mention that this is an interactive e-book that will include a Unity 6 project with lots of shader samples to help you understand the topics covered. Island map progressing along nicely in engine. 🏝️👀 Lots of optimizations here. Hitting 140+ frames per second on a mid-tier machine. Custom surface textures going in next. After that we'll stack on the character controller, weapons, UI, VFX, SFX and battle modes we've got built out. Getting closer each day! 🙏 #gamedev #unity #blender #indiedev

HoYoverse (the devs behind Genshin Impact, Honkai Star Rail and Zenless Zone Zero) are working on several very large Gacha games. Some open-world, some action combat, some turn-based, some aren't even confirmed to have Gacha in them. Let's break it down: ⚠️1.
