Actually, the best place for this is the Sapporo Beer Museum in Sapporo itself. They show all the old vats and other equipment since the company was started in 1877, and there is an all you can eat and drink restaurant serving beer and Jingusukan (Genghis Khan) lamb barbecue right at your table. The prices are very reasonable.

泡を批判している人が多いですがこの泡は泡と言うよりビールで出来たクリームです 自然に発生させた泡に比べてしっかりとした舌触りと喉越しがあるのでビールをより美味しく感じさせます 最初無駄に出しているのはその自然に出来る泡など極力少なくする為です。もちろん泡なしが良いならそう頼めば良い

This is ridiculous! The glass is supposed to get a quick splash to clean, chill and wet the inner wall of the glass for a smoother pour. The head should be controlled by the pourer during the pour and should never be added after the fact or you're just putting a layer of CO2 on the top of the beer, making your first of the beer taste gassy and flawed I would never pay for a beer at a Bar that did this

I'm a big Asahi guy but I'll give Sapporo a try but this time brewed domestically in Japan.
