Carnivore Weight Loss - 15.2 pounds ( 18 days ) What I did: - No calorie restriction, AT ALL - No meaningful exercise - ONLY Carnivore Diet Started 247.8 lbs --> Now 232.6 lbs Diet consists mainly of - Steak and butter - Scrambled eggs - Bacon - Butter by itself - Store bought beef jerky - Burger patties without a bun or ingredients - A cheese and sausage dish within the first week Food Quantity: Consuming 2000-2500 "Calories" on most days. I'm not a big fan of thinking in terms of "Calories", but it's the old way of thinking Avoided these things: - Almost no cheese - Almost no milk - Abstaining from junk food, carbs, dessert, etc Salt: - My weight absolutely did go up and down on the scale 2-4 pounds, depending on how much salt I was eating in the previous one or two days - When I eat a lot of salt, my body seems to hold 2-4 pounds of extra water Exercise: I have engaged in no meaningful exercise, outside of - Walking from point A to point B - One flight of stairs per day - A few reps on a small forearm machine ( Captains of Crush ) Slip-ups - Had popcorn one night in the first week - Tried methylene blue in the first week, hated it - Had a tiny bit of broccoli and onion in the first week - Eucharist at church (yes seriously🤣, I'm being thorough) - Cheese AND cracker plate ... unfortunately I ate a few crackers about a week ago Other than that, Pure Carnivore (as I understand it) No meaningful exercise. 15.2 pounds lost in 18 days. I'm sure I would have lost considerably more if I exercised ... but this has been diet-only Ask me anything you're curious about, I'm an open book!

Went to the fridge to prepare a tax payment and started to panic when I could not find the sharp cheddar! Fear started to come over me, my mind was racing, what to do, do I give them some of the good smoked cheese? No, if I do that they will know I have been holding out on them. Panic had completely set in, then like a ray of light form the heavens I spotted a block of sharp cheddar😄 I cant keep having these close calls with these 3 🤣
